Buffet For The Feasting King 🍴🍴

It’s going for quality and not quantity over here at Andaz! Love the overall consistency of all the food that they offered. There are both buffet spread and ala carte ordering. Special mention to their red bean soup which i love it so much that i had 2 servings of it! Not starchy but just the right consistency of the gooeyness! The sweetness was so light with dried citrus being added in. Another mention-worthy dish is their fried carrot cake, soft carrot cake with the right proportion of egg makes it so flavourful!

Wide spread of variety and ample seatings around The Rise. Surprisingly, the crowd was not so bad on a Sunday morning. Good quantity but not the quality. Those who are entitled to the club lounge should go for the lounge dining instead for quality spread!

DIY our own yusheng with the buffet selection at Novotel. Small quantity for sharing so that we can feast on the others! Special live station: Pan-seared Foie Gras. Sinful indulgence

One of the best buffet i have ate thus far. Though may not have that much variety, all the food quality was really good and consistent throughout all the servings. Please do go with an empty stomach so you can enjoy to the fullest!

Varities is not alot.. There were hits and misses for the food. Oysters are not really fresh, the chili crab sauce was quite watery towards the end of the buffet time. Stirfry beef and grilled fish was quite nice, green tea jelly was surprisingly good.

Hearty lunch buffet with HSBC 1 for 1 promotion. Wide varieties of cusine especially the indian ones are really good! Seafood selection are limited. Dessert spreads are good too!

The spread was evenly equal between the savoury n sweets! Satay was really gd! 👍🏼 Did not manage to try the teppenyaki ice cream as we are too jelak from the sweet binge from the array of dessert!
