I love how shops come out with very huat names for their store - it makes me want to visit them more often 😂
Second visit to 888 this month - platters for 2 ($26) and 4($45) are priced very affordably. Both trips, we added ala cart dishes because we want more variety 🤫 I especially like their garlic marinated meats 🤤 They have branches around Singapore, it's definitely worth a visit when you on a budget and want to eat M O O K A T A!

We visited on an early evening so we could skip the queue. All the dishes in this picture tasted GREAT. The chicken wings were fried and stuffed with more more meat. Basil pork was spicy and savoury, was the perfect match with rice. Their tom yum soup was sour and spicy, and had a huge variety of fresh seafood too. This meal kept our tummy very SATISFIED!

We're not sure how authentic the thai flavours here are but we are in love with its springy noodles and savory flavours here. Orders are made through the iPad where you can customize what you want or don't want in your bowl (we removed corianders). We WILL be back again!

It was fizzy and had strong strawberries flavours which was (too) sweet and doesn't help in thirst quenching. We also got to admit that we bought this for the gram!

They accepts orders till 11.30pm so it's a great place for late dinner/supper. They have a wide range of dishes to choose from the menu too!

Their fried rice had a piquant Tom Yum flavour. It was so spicy yet refreshing that you can't stop eating! Jae had to drink and eat at the same time while Kae can't stop sweating. If Jae were to pick on this dish, it would be that there were some Tom Yum paste that was not combine with the rice. Generous amount of prawns, eggs and long bean included!

A dish with strong aroma is their Basil Seafood Spagetti and we are glad it wasn't just about the smell. The spaghetti was a little hard to Kae as he likes his noodles soft. There was a good mix of spiciness and basil flavours which was AROI. Similar to the fried rice, the spaghetti also had an abundant of ingredients (no eggs), with the addition of Kae's favourite squid!
