Pros: No MSG used. Loved the rice, sauce & kimchi slaw. We exchanged 1 tofu and drumstick & rice box became a good balance!
Cons: Tofu quite weird - sourish & stiff. Drumstick rice box don't have kimchi slaw included - it's super spicy so i can't finish if place a sparate order.
Price: S$17.40 - Tofu & drumstick rice box, ice milo
I still rmb those days when @gimme4fingers first opened at Ion, they have expanded really quickly since then! Our own local Singaporean fast food restaurant specializing in Korean Fried Chicken! Even with the rapid expansion, the queues are longgg. I now prefer having their rice over the chicken+fries combo.

Pros: I like strong flavoured & salty food, so this sits well with me. Tried the rice for the first time, never expected it to be amazing š Rice grains were plump and firm. Kimchi slaw was awesome. Prawn was nice but squid fail.
Cons: Airport is my least fav branch as chicken served is not as crispy & piping hot, compared to other outlets (i've tried few times). Squid in seafood was šRice is too little, or am i just greedy š Dont like spicy version, & exclusively order soy garlic. Some may find it extremely salty. Go early or late to avoid the queue.
Price: S$25.40 - seafood rice (pictured) combo, 6pc chicken combo, drinks upgraded to yuzu
Hougang Green branch: Singapore's own fast food store, @arnoldsfriedchicken is one of my favs! The fries and wedges are nothing like i've tasted before š Have i been living under a rock all this while?
Rating: 8.5/10
Will i return/recommend: Yes/Yes
Pros: Well-flavoured and juicy chicken, it tastes awesome! The mashed potato is good, even fries and wedges are good (usually don't like fast food fries & really dislike wedges)
Cons: Super oily, dripping in oil. Supposedly allowed on weekdays, but nope, they still don't let you request chicken parts. Why call it a "set meal" if drinks are to be ordered separately? Whenever i pack it takeaway/delivery, it's not nice anymore. Chicken turned dry and fries soggy. Didn't wait too long either, sometimes just 10mins after takeaway. So do try to eat in-store for the best experience.
Price: S$24.10 for everything pictured
Sembawang branch: Indian prata, the perennial local supper food! I'm not a fan of fusion cuisine but who knew egg benedict prata could taste so good!
Rating: 7.9/10
Will i return/recommend: Yes/Yes
Pros: The prata itself is actually quite good on most days - crisp and fluffly. Legit hollandaise sauce and runny egg yolk! Cheap and yummy, enough to satisfy my late night egg benedict cravings. They serve other unique offerings as well.
Cons: Taste can get overwhelming after awhile. Closes quite "early" for a prata place at 12AM. Do not expect anything fancy here.
Price: S$5.50 plaster blaster
Plaza Sing branch: Long-time British-inspired snack takeaway joint here in SG, i'm sure most of us have seen/tried it š Brings back good memories of younger days.
Rating: 6.5/10
Will i return/recommend: Yes/No
Pros: Comfort food! Polite staffs. Fav dishes: Bangers & Mash, fried Mars bar
Cons: Take-away concept, no seating/table. Don't waste your calories on mac n' cheese. It was nasty. Brocolli was not evenly heated, some pieces were cold (fridge) and tasteless.
Price: S$9.90 total, plus a lemonade
Awesome! Perfect amount to share for two. Asked for stronger truffle flavour, and they really did add extra truffle oil. Better than most truffle fries i had for example, P.S. Cafe.

Pros: Hot & crisp fries! Strong truffle taste. It was delicious. Value for money. Good place to kill time while waiting for movie at Cine!
Cons: Soaking in oil. But it's deep fried so.........š Open dining concept, don't go there for ambience.
Price: S$8 at Scape
