Michelin Star Food In Singapore

Kam's Roast (known as Kam's Roast Goose in #HongKong); honoured with a Michelin star for 3 consecutive years; is slated to officially open its #Singapore's branch at Pacific Plaza tomorrow, 19 November at 1pm.
Renowned for its roast meats, the SG branch will maintain the same quality and standards of its meats as their HK counterpart.

One of the highlights include this glorious plate of Toro Char Siu 肥濃叉燒 ($22.80). Using premium pork belly seasoned with Kam's family signature marinade, each slab of meat is then barbecued till the exterior is perfectly caramelised, slightly charred with a glossy sheen yet succulent within.

Each slice of the toro char siu has a good balance of lean meat and fat with charred edges that added a touch of smokiness. If you prefer leaner char siu, order the BBQ Pork 蜜汁叉燒 ($14.80) instead.
