One of the highlights include this glorious plate of Toro Char Siu 肥濃叉燒 ($22.80). Using premium pork belly seasoned with Kam's family signature marinade, each slab of meat is then barbecued till the exterior is perfectly caramelised, slightly charred with a glossy sheen yet succulent within.

Each slice of the toro char siu has a good balance of lean meat and fat with charred edges that added a touch of smokiness. If you prefer leaner char siu, order the BBQ Pork 蜜汁叉燒 ($14.80) instead.
