My first time trying Negroni and I kinda find myself liking it a lot. I'm not big fan of Gin but this drink got me interested what other Gin based cocktail would taste this smooth and good.

D2TLLRY will be undergoing a relocation in the coming months as their current lease will end due to the demolition of Golden Shoe Car Park. They are holding a farewell promotion from 14 July to 28 July.
All dons, bar bites at $15 and below.
All spirits at $15.
All cocktails at $18.
All day Happy Hour.

Oh my gosh.. this dish filled with pig's lungs is just so flavorful. We kept taking spoonfuls of this when it's on our side of the table and even if it's on the other side, we still extended our reach for this. I can safely say the same goes for the other table as well. The sauce prepared really captures the dish well and it really goes well with a simple plate of rice. This is probably the dark horse of the entire meal.

Unlike the usual roasted pork we are so accustomed to locally, Lechon has a slightly different take in the roasting procedure, hence the skin still remains thin but cracker-like crispy. Almost everyone crunching on this skin had the loud cracker sound; it's highly addictive with the vinegar and liver sauce. The meat was tender and the fats are also aromatic. Pair this with beer and a great company, it's a perfect way to chat our way into fatness together lol. For the health conscious, you might want to avoid eating this too often :)

Second bar restaurant with GF and Burpple team near Chinatown area. We were a little bit too late as the kitchen just closed but we managed to convince the owner to make one last order for our group! 😘 We ordered their cereal frog legs to share but sadly our group was a little too big so we can only have one each 😂. It does not taste too oily thanks to the cereal coating and the taste really reminds me of eating fried chicken, but I know it's not.

We also ordered a variety of craft beers to try. The one I really like was the Pan Head Blacktops Oats ($10), an oatmeal stout that isn't strong as what I expected of stouts in general. It has a slight mellow aftertaste which is something I generally look out for in beers. Overall, this place is a good hangout spot after work with sufficient lighting and ambience to strike conversation over drinks.
