Not all pancakes are made equal and this is one darn legit pancake. Crackingly crisp thin shell and soft mochi like layer with melted cheese on the inside. A note of caution, this pancake uncle has character. He only starts making pancake when he wants to (usual trend around 1:20) and the average wait for a pancake is 25 minutes.
These wings are coated with extra crispy and crunchy breading on the outside and stuffed plump with flavours from the inside. Value for money dishes justifies why this humble eatery is always bustling with patrons!
Signature dish! Tucked away in Clementi neighborhood, this Zhi char place is not to be missed. Unique and flavourful dish. Try the wine chicken and salted pork ribs as well.
Crispy fragrant and yumz!
Sometimes I'm craving fish soup but I want some meat too and this combination helps 😅tomato tofu lettuce minced meat and fresh slices of fish makes this a healthy satisfying meal
Succulent chicken with your choice of noodles in a bowl of curry. Curry is less spicy with lots of coconut milk in it, had to resist the temptation to continue slurping the curry after finishing my noodles 😅
There's almost always a crowd at this stall waiting for the next flavour of fresh piping hot muffins to be out of the oven. Fluffy with a crisp top best eaten hot. Best part is that the baker is so busy he keeps his drawer of cash opens and u take your own change. Talk about trust lols.
Cubes of beef served together with mixed veggies and tofu and grilled with miso sauce. Serving time felt like a pretty long wait as servers had to go from table to table to cook this dish at your table. Decent quality, good location for big groups gatherings to order skewers and other wagyu sushi for sharing
This soupy bowl of bak chor mee exceeded by expectations! Loved how the white cabbage seems to make the soup stock super tasty! Springy noodles and flavorful beef balls! Definitely worth a visit if you are in the area (:
Fried, crispy and fragrant! This dish is a must try. Nakhon kitchen makes for a value for money Thai eatery! Phad Thai for $5 and green curry chicken for $8. You just have to bear with the heat during lunchtime as this place is non air conditioned.
Rice topped with silky egggggg and pork and beef! Simple dish executed well at a reasonable price. Would be back for this
Fluffy toast topped with egg but not too impressive considering the price and the lack of spam of spam fries 😐 would rather chomp down more of their egg tarts
