Wouldn’t exactly recommend this? $4.90
Kinda plain but I guess they're healthy and affordable! As an add-on @$1.50!
Bought this home on a rainy day 💨☔️💦🌫🌫 Korean rice cakes with fishcakes; Spicyyy 🌶🌶🌶🌶 with moderately palpable msg; well kinda 😬😬😬 $4.90 nett
70% Noir Chocolate glaze on an airy and a wee bit dry éclair with a hazelnut cream filling. The 🍫✨✨ with speckles of golden dust was all right, however the hazelnut cream boasted only a faint taste of hazelnut whilst the texture of the éclair pastry was akin to that of a cream puff tt was slightly dry.
Concluding verdict: All that glitters isn't gold. I guess it was just all right but fell below my expectations; maybe it looked way too glam, hence the slight disappointment when it did not taste as magnifique as it seemed 😕
A lilac-hued fig éclair filled with cream; The taste wasn't bad; But sadly there was nothing outstanding with the taste, actually I only have a faint inkling of its taste except a lil sweet & a lil tangy; Further, the pastry was on the drier side; Though it looked as novelty as a 🦄 it just didn't have the taste that I'd see myself forking $6.50
Ehh hmmm the grilled 🐖 felt as if it was reluctant to be chewed,, a bit hard to chew on, some chewing exercises needed for this one! The pork slices also felt a bitt dry,,, But the umami sauce went rather well with the rice but too much will jelat for sure! Be careful of impending food comma, buta don eaters, it's better to have this to share & you'll be good to go!
1st: choose your pasta type; I picked tagliatelle 🍝
2nd: choose 3 toppings; I picked Pumpkin 🎃 Avocado & sautee mushrooms
3rd: Choose a garnish; I had the japanese soy kombu
4th: Choose a dressing; Teriyaki sauce (mine tasted like roasted sesame with a hint of mayo; hmm I am not sure if they saw my orders right?? 😳😞)
5th (optional): Add-on toppings Salmon $3.
Total damage: $8.50 (for diy pasta inclusive of steps 1-4) + $3 = $11.50
Is it worth the price? Hmm I think not, esp since the portions for each ingredient is a bit sadd 😪
Could really improv with a more flavourful pho broth; no qualms about it being presentable but no one's tongue 👅 takes visual appeal into account, ordered this as part of with a 2pcs prawn spring roll & your choice of either a cup of Viet tea/coffee; I opted for the iced Viet coffee but it tasted strikingly familiar 🤔💭, I think I know why!! it tasted just like Kopi Peng, that's why .. 😅😅 #errymygawd
Chix bulgogi, carrots, cucumber, burdock root, pickled radish, egg n romaine lettuce; Honestly a little (or slightly more than a lil) disappointed with the chix bulgogi, not as savoury as what the price tag suggested at 5pcs @$5.50
Sure anot, this cuppa is vietnam origin?? 😒🙄😅😅 tasted exactttlyy like kopi peng, no kidding 😳😳
Bulgogi 🐮 & Spicy Octopus 🐙🌶🇰🇷🇰🇷 Set @$7.30 ($6.57 nett with Kopitiam card) Overall tasty but the beef didn't taste like bulgogi, just seasoned with too much sweet soy sauce instead, the octopus on the other hand, were mushy and tasted as if they had been cooked too long 😐😐 it's kay~ Life goes on 🙃🙂
Looks preetz, but sadly only mediocre 😕 Tasted as if it was carbonara, added mushroom and ham "garnishes" (a dollar each, so additional $2 for the toppings) on a brighter note, it's prepared kinda fresh! Guess there's always a silver lining to a cloud! 😋☁️
