Really surprised with how this icecream tasted just like any other ice cream! Not the biggest fan of the vegan cone tho.

Burgerlab had a 1 hour waiting line, so we decided to try out this place instead. Really affordable, non halal version of boat noodle. This was about RM11.90 and while it's super value for money but tastewise, it was very mediocre. The cha yen was good tho and it was only RM 5.90 if I'm not mistaken which is super cheap, comparing with boat noodle!

If there was one pasta, that I could eat for the rest of my life, it would be this plate of golden soft shell crab pasta. I have been loving this pasta ever since it was served in Plan B & Ben's and now only available in Ben's. Love the hints of chilli padi which adds a kick together with the fragrant curry leaves, tossed together with their parmigiano reggiano sauce. The only downside to this dish is the price tag! RM36 is a hefty price for a plate of pasta.

Now, this is one of the dessert pastries that live up to the hype. Limited pieces are baked and is usually sold out by 1pm. This was worth every penny, RM11 to be exact. The salted egg yolk sauce was a perfect balance between savoury and sweet and is light enough for every bite. I usually can never finish anything salted egg yolk base, but this, I could eat the entire thing. I would suggest you to go early to make sure that you get a piece of this super yummy cronut. As for mains, skip out on the eggs benny and the soft shell crab burger is alright too.

Finally made it to Lat tali lat to try out their lamb and aligot dish. The mash tasted AMAZING! Super generous with the cheese, leaving it gooey and smooth. The lamb was really tender, slid right off the bone and was perfectly marinated. The price was even more unbelievable at only RM30. OH! Do try out their glass noodle salad (the GNS @ RM10). Super refreshing and bear in mind that it's a huge portion! Unfortunately, this lamb dish is not in their menu and they only catered it for a special event upon request. Things to try out: GNS, buttermilk udon and buttermilk chicken rice! All below RM20! *closed on tuesdays

I've been a loyal patron at upstairs cafe for a good 4 years now and i can always depend on upstair's for a good brunch spot. This cafe is indeed halal and serves an array of main courses from sandwiches to lamb stew. RM15.90 for this runny yolk of a hot mess (in a good way). Also, their hot latte is a must order for me as well!

This week, we decided to wander into TTDI. This place has the best play list ever! Like ever. There aren't many spinach white based pasta, but this place serves it for RM28 and it was a decent portion as well. I wished that the sauce surrounding this delish lasagna was a thick layer of bechamel sauce insteadπŸ˜‚. Nevertheless, i was happy with this dish as it wasn't too jelak and i swallowed all of it!πŸ˜‚. Service there is impeccable and the waiters were very thoughtful as well! 8/10 for this place and i will be back!!

Alot of work went into concocting this dish! I was really shocked at how much I was getting for Rm19! There were about 4-5 pancakes and a generous amount of ice cream + a coneπŸ˜‚. Not forgetting the strawbie chunks and cookie crumbs. The strawberry sauce wasn't the best that i've tasted but it wasn't too bad as well! Things to note: pancakes weren't as fluffy as i liked them to be and theres a hint of cinnamon in this dish as well.

Finally tried out this dish at two sons bistro! Although they had an array of sauces to choose from to go with the clams, but the cream and bacon sauce was calling my name! I was a little disappointed with the clams as it was overly salty. Someone might had accidentally tossed in an extra pinch of salt. The garlic bread however was fantastic! It was so good I asked for more and they happily obliged πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚. RM25 for this and I would come back and Will definitely tell them to ease up on the salt.

Where else can we find a RM20 lasagna these days? Ampm happens to serve one that is quite a sizable portion with a side of greens. This wasn't the best lasagna that i have tasted but it was good enough to satisfy my lasagna craving. I wished it had more cheese and leas tomato paste tho! I'drate this a 7/10
