Order the Mazesoba Nagoya style ($12.80) which comes with yellow medium fat thickness noodles + spicy minced pork + soft boil egg + seaweed & loads of spring onions! Superbly tasty! House rules says to mix for 20s like cha Jiang meon style. I mixed for 10s and when straight to gobble the 220g noodle (there's a smaller version which is the regular 140g). Both sizes cost the same in case you are wondering! Verdict: tasty but too jelat for me.
Xoxo,
Wet tissue no have
PS: comes with free green tea but the container containing the tea looked too gross so didn't try :/
Ordered the grand tonkotsu ramen ($12.90). Soup was flavourful but not too salty. The hardness of the ramen was done just right (perfect Mee Kia type). The 3 meat included Cha Shu, toroniku (pork cheek), and buta kakuni (pork belly). All 3 were tender and well seasoned! Also ordered the pork gyoza ($2.40). A bit too oily but nice snack. Ordered the level 1 volcano ramen ($11++). The chicken broth (supposedly cooked for 30 hours without MSG) is Super shiok! I finished every drop of the soup! They are pretty generous with the mushroom, seaweed, and corn! My partner ordered the dry ramen( also $11++) but the noodle quantity was significantly less than the soup one (30-40% lesser). Also it strangely taste like "Chee Cheong fan".

This clear lobster broth ramen ($13.90) tasted like prawn based wanton mee soup without the yellow ghee so its great! The only wanton in the bowl has too much skin. Xoxo, wet tissue no have BUT cheers to free flow yummy bean sprouts + boiled eggs
Ps: the white eggs are easier to peel than the brown eggs
The rich creamy ramen ($14.90) taste like Whitley prawn mee plus cream. The first few spoons of the soup tastes great but I quickly got tired of the strong flavour. I think I am very old school. I still prefer the pork based broth at its other branches. Xoxo, wet tissue no have BUT free flow boiled eggs and beansprouts š
We ordered the pork slice ramen ($10.80++), fried pork ramen($11.80) and ēē å (3 for $4.50++). Ramen is good and filling, the lava egg is yummy because it's runny (but they only give 1/2 of it T_T). The filling of the ēē å is a å°ē¬¼å wrap in conventional å material. It taste rather different from the Shanghai version ^^ the peanuts-cum-chestnut default appetiser ($2.50++) is yums too haha. Ehh, the water ($0.30) had a weird taste.. They kindly changed for me twice after I told them but it still had a rusty taste >.< xoxo, wet tissue 30 cents
