Flaky puff pastry with rich and smooth cheese mousse (made with Hokkaido cheese). Probably not the best cheese tart among those we've tried in #HongKong, but at least it flows!

Intense craving for some steamed rice rolls after watching a recently aired HK drama.

The slightly translucent rice roll enveloping the sweet BBQ Iberian pork is soft, smooth and springy.

Probably the most expensive rice roll I've ever had till date but I guess it's considered cheap as we are talking about a restaurant with #2michelinstars here. Oxymoronic I know. haha. Well, I would say it's worth a trip here for the excellent service, ambience, spectacular view and of course, the dim sum.

We came here specifically to try the Black Truffle Eggette (HK$30). Made with Japanese flour, the eggette here is crisp on the outside, soft and fluffy inside with slight hint of truffle. Quite nice actually~ Worth a try although I still prefer Mammy Pancake's eggette.

Labmade Flavours of the week (7 Apr to 27 Apr) — Coconut Pandan Cake (HK$46) & Mango Passion Fruit Creamy Greek Yogurt (HK$41).
The Coconut Pandan Cake was creamy with subtle frangrance of pandan & coconut. The desiccated coconut topping added texture to the ice-cream. However, we prefer the Mango Passion Fruit Creamy Greek Yogurt. Very refreshing! Perfect for hot weather!

Who says you need to go Japan to eat freshly made Calbee potato chips? I can have them in #Hongkong too!

Featuring HK exclusive flavour, Typhoon Shelter Spicy Potato Chips & Soft Serve (HK$38). The crispy wave cut potato chips reminded us of #Calbee's Hot & Spicy potato chips BUT better & spicier. Love dipping those chips into the creamy soft serve. DAMN SHIOK!

PS: Expect a steady queue at the one month old Calbee+ store. Don't be deterred cos it's definitely worth the wait! .

Dulce de leche ice cream sandwiched between 2 Cocoa Krispies "cookies", drizzled with chocolate sauce.

The ice-cream was creamy albeit a little icy. I like how the ice-cream ain't too sweet and pairs well with the rice krispies cookies. Love the chewy cocoa rice krispies cookies!

Available till tomorrow/while supplies last. Try it before it's gone!

PS: Their torched salmon donburi is good too! .
