Lobster roll, crab roll, scallops roll and lobster bisque at reasonable price
Minimally dressed with homemade lemon butter and a secret spice mix, the buttery toasted rolls here each pack the spoils of one whole Maine lobster. The crustaceans are imported pre-boiled in seawater – apparently this locks in the freshness of the Maine seawater taste, but I feel it compromises the texture of the meat, which was a tad too rubbery for my liking.
Those fries with truffle mayo dip were terribly addictive, though.
