Rough on the edges but with deep, mellow flavours... Hands down, the best apple crumble in Singapore I've tasted so far. Apple slices, candied orange peel, and plump raisins infused with a liberal sprinkling of cinnamon, nutmeg and star anise... topped with a delicious crumble topping -- loads of flour, butter and sugar in decadently chunky form. Best with a spoonful (or two) of warm vanilla sauce drizzled on top. Only thing that could make it better -- a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream.
