Chocolate sea salt, something I have not tried before, was quite interesting. The saltiness compliments the dark chocolate cream pretty nicely together. The speculoos cake is decent and pronounced that biscuity taste between the cake layers.

First time trying their flat white here having heard from @jonthealien in office. It has a really smooth and slightly acidic taste to it. There's a 50% promo on their drinks selection at the moment so go get your Coffee Run, before it Runs out (pun intended).

This dish is one savoury meal with a powerful creamy combination. If you are a fan of creamy stuff like me, you will enjoy this. Otherwise you will be quite turned off by this strong cream based dish.

The caramelised salmon with teriyaki sauce is well flavoured, slight juicy on the inside. Beneath them is a bed of coconut ginger rice in the middle of the green Matcha Beurre Blanc sauce, like a treasure island of sort. You could probably already tell from here it's gonna be a clash of flavours: coconut, green tea and teriyaki. Each of these flavours are strong and stands well on its own, fighting for your taste buds.
I might say, even though I find this enjoyable, the flavour packed in this dish is really strong for me as well. I would definitely order this another time, if I'm unable to find something I would like to try on the menu, but for now, I would prefer to try something else.

For $9.90 that comes with a drink of choice, this donburi bowl with soft chunky beef teppanyaki cubes is definitely worth it. Hidden inside Odeon Katong, this is a hidden 💎 to look out for.

A decent portion of clams and spaghetti aglio olio style. It's nothing fantastic compared to the other fancier items on the menu, but if you need a simple and can't-go-wrong lunch while at Dapper Coffee, this is a reasonable choice.

I have always wanted to try this since end of last year, so finally I will be able to clear this off my wishlist!
The swirling mixture of coffee, milk and earl grey on the rock in a whisky glass looks so dreamy on the eyes. Sipping it a few times, the individual taste of earl grey and coffee can be identified if you focus on them. This is probably the reason why I like yuan yang; the combination of tea and coffee with milk in one cup. Most yuan yang won't cut because of the conflicting strengths of coffee, milk and tea, making the aftertaste either too bitter or the milk added just masked the taste of both coffee and tea. However this yuan yang has a little added harmonic ingredient, the lavender bits. The lightly scented bits of lavender balances the strengths, creating a mild, flowery aftertaste instead of overly bitter or milky. This is something worth trying out in this already famous coffee house for their unique Unicorn Tears and Golden Brew drinks if you are willing to sit down and chill in this moderately dark ambience while doing some work.

Well for a latte, it's uniqueness amazes me. Rose flavoured latte with alcohol that can be tasted on every sip, definitely something to try if you are an adventurer. With an additional $1 you can get a rainbow latte art which is so Instagram worthy.

This is as close as it can be before Gudetama gets in own Cafe in Singapore, a 3D latte art of Gudetama! It's a good attempt although it looks quite off from the official look. The 3D latte is only available in the cold version of the latte, while the hot version will showcase the typical latte art.

A recommended dish by Burppler Elvina and Andre, this is easily one of their top dish on the menu hands-down. The pancakes are truly different from other pancakes I have tried, slightly crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. It's also interesting to see bacon strips, strawberries, blueberries and vanilla ice-cream all on top of the same dish. As this is an all day breakfast, you can also order this for dinner, just like I did. 😋

Earlier today, I had the pleasure of bumping into Daniel, a barista who used to work at Maison Ikkoku, and is now at Dapper Coffee. It's been a very long time since he made me a cuppa, and I thought it was kind of him to treat me to this signature drink (thanks again Daniel! 🤗)
The "Earl Grey Yuan-Yang" ($8++) revealed itself to be deeply aromatic, which shouldn't surprise given that it's a concoction of single ristretto, bergamot oil-infused milk and lavender. It had the kind of thoughtful details I like as well: a single extra-large cube of ice and tiny purple petals to prettify. Nicely done, Dapper Coffee!

A permanent dessert dish after its debut for SG50. The pancakes have a noticeable pandan flavor that's not too sweet and thick. It's also not too fluffy and has a slight crisp feel on the outside. We changed the vanilla ice cream to coconut ice cream to make the dish slightly closer to Ondeh Ondeh flavor. A wonderful dessert to finish off the already amazing lunch and coffee.
