The waffle is crispy on the outside , fluffy in the inside. It was so delicious that I can finish it plain. But when it is combined with the salted caramel icecream, it was heavenly. Topped with the salted caramel sauce which was also home made. The taste is. Un un unbelievable ! Price $7.50 for waffle with single scope icecream.

The beer batter was crispy fried to perfect golden brown. It was very light as oppose to many which I have which was very thick. Definitely one of the best fish and chips I have . Price $11.90

A fushion of East meets West. I have tasted many salted pasta but many of them don't even have salted egg taste. This one is the only I tasted so far with brilliant salted egg taste. Couple with the fact the pasta was cook to al dente brings the pasta to perfection. Definitely a pasta not to be missed.
