When we visit tourism area, its difficult to found nice food as there are too many choices yet not all is nice. I love to get information from local as we know "local know the best".

Bali suckling pig!!! Love the taste. Beware the chilli is spicy l. This bali traditional food is famous among local. When you come into the resto the only question they ask is how many you want, you can add side dish but the main dish is set.

Perfect food to fill stomach at midnight if you dont want to have something heavy (they also got other dish for someone who really hungry). Order it with side dish like omelet or steam shrimp
The pork is grilled perfectly, crunchy outside yet tender. With additinal sweet sauce and chilly it create great combination. I am sure will come back again when i visit bali
