Most Bak Kut Teh places in Singapore serve up the Teochew version which is more peppery but here at Sin Heng, I can also get my preferred Hokkien version which is cooked with soy sauce and more fragrant to my liking 👍🏻

Fragrant chicken rice + tender and juicy white chicken + simple yet flavourful chicken broth steamboat + fresh meat and seafood ingredients. = a truly satisfying traditional Hainanese meal!!

Never knew that a heartland coffee shop could serve up such a delicious platter comprising of roast meat, charsiew with sweet sauce and roast duck served with sour plum sauce!
