One that sweet lovers will enjoy, the Sweet Beet ($7.20, 12oz) is made using beetroot, fennel and apple. The combination of the 2 vegetables and the fruit are consistent in its sweetness, especially the fennel, which presented a strong flavour and smell of the herb!
