i must admit im totally not a pasta lover (in fact i dont even have pastas anywhere) but i nearly finished the entire plate by myself!! these two dishes is what i recommend especially the mashed potato mixed with duck, ITS DELICIOUS!
But really, what's not to be happy about when the salad you eat features a wondrous burst of flavours and textures – the beautiful citrus note of juicy orange wedges, the intense honeyed aroma of dried cranberries, the earthiness of toasted almonds, the subtle tartness of tomatoes, the umami of wasabi soy dressing, and that inimitable savouriness of perfectly executed duck confit. I'm only not happy because all these sit over a mount of mesclun. Ok, that's all.
Pretty much bang on the mark. And at a decent buck too!
My EGGSSS... Leaking and flowing perfectly. Chef Johnny Quek from Sky Dining at Singapore Flyer does it the perfect way at his 2-weeks-old venture.
Eggs Royale (SGD 11.90) - Crunchy and refreshing greens + hollandaise sauce with a citrusy hint + perfectly poached eggs. My comfort food.

Pretty looking cakes in the display. Tiramisu tasted not bad, but my sweet potato latte is meh~ 😢 But I'm happy to spend this Sunday afternoon with my sissys!
Salmon on a bed of greens. This is such a beautiful clean dish, with minimal seasoning but maximum taste. Generous portion is good for sharing.
Creme Brulée was only for $6.90! The portion was really big and the sweetness level were just perfect. The Chocolate Tart was $5.90.
