High Tea 💕
My inner child was screaming when the exquisite white leather-clad drawer chest was served to our table as the presentation was so pretty like a princess fantasy come true~ Unveiling the medley of sweets and savoury pastries in each layer, I had to control myself and allow my phone camera to eat first. Visually treated to a selection of petite sandwiches, pastries, cakes as well as warm scones accompanied with jam, cream and lemon curd. Love the Iberico Ham Quiche, Lobster Roll and rich Cappuccino Comtessa.
This place has a variety of tea options and the one we chose is supposed to be an effective relaxant stress reliever. The black tea is aromatic but can't taste the yuzu part.
Miam miam has launched brand new high tea sets and desserts starting from 20th April, mom-fri - 230pm-530pm. Going at $26.90 include 3 premium savory, 7 sweet treat as well as coffee/tea.
Like a United Colours of Benetton concept in their bringing together of distinctly different-tasting (and contrastingly-coloured) elements. It's a grassy/caramel/bitter chocolate ménage a trois that somehow works when you do a vertical fork-dive, yet the individual elements also taste reasonably good on their own. 3.7/5

Probably one of the most amazeballs tarts I've had so far, 2am Dessert Bar's green tea tart is full of powdery oozy matcha goodness. Together with the crisp tart, it made the matcha lover in me cry with bliss 😜
A Vacherin is a french dessert made with meringue crust (rose in this case) filled with creme chantilly and fruits. Antoinette's version used lychees and added vanilla bean ice cream topped off with an attention grabbing wig (malt cotton candy) befitting a french queen (la Reine). It was quite overwhelmingly sweet and at $25, you'll order this only once, just for the spectacle.
To celebrate the nation’s Golden Jubilee, Axis Bar and Lounge presents an extravagant afternoon of indulgence, and delight in a lovely celebratory array of Cheng Tng Jelly, Hakka Chicken Gyoza, Bak Kwa Scones, Roasted Duck Wraps, Kueh Bangkit Flower Cookies, Bandung Choux Pastry and more. http://missneverfull.com/?p=4397
A hotel buffet where we got to savor various mains which included a Caviar, bar, Wagyu beef platter, other local delights and not forgetting a wide selection of desserts sweet treats.
One of the unique things about having high tea here is the wide variety of tea available for selection as your choice of beverage. The different blends are first offered up in small containers within a beautiful case, for a sample sniff to help you decide. Encompassing green tea, black tea, and also organic, fruit and floral options, this manner of presentation truly is a lovely treat for tea-drinkers. If you aren't into tea, you'll be glad to know coffee and hot/cold chocolate are also available as part of the $40++ weekday high tea set.
