Lush greenery from floor plants and over hanging plants is what you’ll first notice when you step into Bones N Slaw. If you’re lucky to get the window seats, you’ll get the panoramic view of Singapore River too.
The waiting time for the main courses was surprisingly long. We waited for about 20-30mins before the Marinated Aus Lamb Rack ($35.90) and USDA Prime Ribeye ($38.90) was served to us. Pretty like the lamb rack actually. There’s no gamy smell, and the lamb was pretty well marinated with herbs and spices served with mint sauce. The meat was still tender and a little moist too. Similarly their Ribeye was also nicely cooked to a medium rare to medium. Their cut has a good proportion marbling of fats. Meat itself was lightly seasoned and it’s served with a Portuguese sauce that has a touch of light spice.
It’s quite a cozy dining experience, staff was also friendly just that the waiting time could get overly long.
For a good variety of chicken sausage, slab of pork and chicken chop, it’s worth the every single penny! Portion was great for a $18 priced dish. Pork chop was tender with a charred flavor while chicken chop was juicy and well marinated with black pepper seasoning. Even the asparagus mushroom were well seasoned and sautéed in the aroma of garlic just that it’s a little on the saltier side. Nevertheless, definitely worth your stomach space before embarking on your flight!
Generous portion of grilled chicken chop and pasta. In love with how they had the lemony finishing touch for the spaghetti that definitely makes the taste less boring and how tender, black peppery at the right note and juicy the chicken chop meat was. Comes with complimentary side salad and soup of the day! A steal at just $8.90.
Flying pork chop with resemblance to a pair of 'wings'! This Pork Schnitzel from #knuckles was pretty awesome! Meat is firm with just a thin layer of breaded crust. Such a huge portion for only $8!
