I think it's a fantastic localized spin on the Japanese ramen and it's encouraging to have young hawkers around! We should really support young hawkers in Singapore for our local hawker culture to thrive! The ramen egg was soft and oozy like lava, the potato prawn was so crispy and char Siew was really tender🍜🍳🍤
