Pancakes

Heard this is one of the most popular dishes in Red Beanbag but upon trying it I have no idea how it became popular. It was lacking in flavour. The fruits given really wasn't enough to spice things up as the pancakes were really bland. Also the pancakes were too moist so they stick on the inside of your mouth which is my number one pet peeve when it comes to pancakes! Such a disappointment to be honest.

Pancakes, bacon, pistachio and chocolate ice cream. Sounds and definitely looked like an chocolate overload experience but surprisingly I didn't get jelak. Ate the whole thing on my own. Though the owners really do have to do something about all the flies. It's ridiculous for a cafe or even anywhere that serves food to have that bad of a fly problem.

Fried egg, bacon, potatoes on top of 2 pieces of pancakes. Overall the dish as a whole is pretty good. I mean for staters, you can't go wrong with bacon. But what I love most in this dish is the potato. Really really well done.

This was really good! The fluffy pancakes goes really well with the cranberry sauce.

Who would have thought the combination of pancakes, egg, hash brown, ham, mushrooms, vege and syrup could taste so good!

Chocolate chip pancakes with syrup, bananas and whip cream. It is one of the highly recommended dish in four square but personally, I found it ok only. The pancakes were too thick for my taste and the chocolate chips weren't distributed evenly. They were all pretty much concentrated in the middle hence the outer parts were quite tasteless.

Pancakes with a twist. Really love the combo!
