One of my favourite fish head curry in Singapore. Thick, creamy and flavourful. They cook each pot of fish head from scratch, so be prepared to wait for 45 mins when you order this. As for the other dishes like yam ring, it failed to impress. The crust was a little hard and not crispy enough.
