To Crave For || Ramenš
Over the past few years, the ramen craze has grown rapidly. From that few reputable restaurants serving good bowls of ramen went into different types of broth like Tonkotsu, Shoyu and even a choice to pick for Kazan style.
Many Michelin Stars from Japan started coming in and branch out their business in Singapore, and now we are spoilt for choices.
Chabuton serves a very decent bowl of ramen, in terms of quality definitely it doesn't beat those big boys out there but one thing I like about them is their broth isn't that salty as compare to others that seems to be too overwhelming.
So here's Chabuton Tonkotsu Ramen, do remember to pair along with their gyoza!
A dish to consider dining at Sanpoutei. My first visit to Sanpoutei was a disappointing one! But till I had this, I take back my words š
Dipped the noodles right into the savory soup that is made of bonito fish & sardine and slurp it up and I'm sure it's an eye opening experience!
I strongly urge you to try this dish as it turns out to be seasonal! Try it before it's gone!

Check out the size of those decadent thick-cut black tonkatsu slices! Yumm yumms... (ps: be prepared for a long wait for food to be served, especially over lunch hour).
Ohsho is one of the most pocket friendly ramen stall in town. Just love how's the taste has been the same for the past 4 years of patronizing. It was close to perfection as compared to any other ramen stalls.
Strictly no reservations.

I was never a fan of them till I had this! It's been half a decade since I last stepped in. More items on menu and everything just look too good!
An L shaped dining area with limited space. But one thing I'm impressed is, how efficient they are to serve a hot smoking bowl of ramen in barely less than 7mins. Suitable for office crowds to dine in during lunch hour!! Menya Sanji serves one of the most affordable set meal at a very reasonable price.

Ramen soup is poured into a preheated 300 degrees hot stone with noodles and ingredients inside. Once the volcano has erupted, it is supposed to consume right after. But beware of getting your tongue burn from the smoking hot miso soup! It's definitely a unique experience to visit such authentic restaurant. Visit them at Novena Square/Liang Court!
