Sampled the squid ink sauce today and it is delicious; thickly coating every strand of linguine perfectly. All you need is a touch of bottarga, and seared Hokkaido scallops to do the trick. We can't wait to try the sea urchin cream next weekend!
We're so glad that these babies are now available in Singapore! Its crunchy exterior crumbles in the mouth to reveal a molten chocolate center that's subtly sweet, just the way we like.
