The once-defunct fast food chain locally also sells burger combos like this Hotouch Burger combo ($7.30) that is rather similar to a Zinger meal, except that it is less spicier, the meat patty being more tender and the normal fries despite being crispy.
Marrybrown has recently reopened in Singapore at iFly that features the similar menu seen in its other outlets! The Lucky Plate ($8.90) is probably nearly 2 times more expensive than in Malaysia, but the fried chicken remains as tasty and tender, as with the crispy skin and the yummy whipped potato, though the coleslaw was subpar and the bread tasting normal.
Besides serving Korean main dishes, they also do Korean Fried Chicken! The 3pcs Soy Garlic Crispy Chicken Combo with Fries ($9.80) comes with 3pcs of drumlets and wings each. The marination of the soy garlic is good, but the chicken was slightly over-fried as the meat was rather hard and there are some charred parts of the skin. There's always the fries that comes with lemon mayo to dip into!
Signature Pork Chop Bun ($6.90) with Macau Chicken Wings (6pcs) ($5.90 for a-la-carte, $5.30 with set including soft drink) and Soft Drink ($2.50). Meal cost $12.20. The pork chop in the Signature Pork Chop Bun is flavourful and tender but the combination with the bun pulls down the overall taste and is overly filling as well. The chicken wings are more enjoyable to have instead as it is well-marinated, juicy and not overly oily.
