Thinly sliced fried potato with generous amount of juicy beef chunks and spicy mayo sauce. Delish and addictive!

So so crispy, and just the right amount of soft on the inside. Sweet and savoury, with a crunch in every bite. I know the focus's supposed to be on the burgers and wings, but sorry these babies stole the show.

Best truffle fries I've had in Singapore thus far! Each thick-cut fry was well-coated with truffle oil so the condiments didn't dilute the truffle taste, which was great.

Spam Fries are usually oily and salty, but Sin Lee's variant comes in thick cuts so you get to taste the meaty cured meat without that smack of oil on the lips. To curb the saltiness, they added palm sugar atop to induce a dash of sweetness and comes with a Tabasco-infused house made dip so as to introduce a hint of tangy spiciness that locals are fond of. One of my friend who doesn't love Spam actually couldn't stop himself from having more, so you have a rough idea how addictive these can be.

Couldn't resist ordering this although it's quite pricey at $12 cos I love salted egg-anything. Ugh this (sin)ful snack was damn shiok. Crispy, with a great balance of sweet and salty.
