Kurobuta Loin & Iberico Belly, Crab Meat, Snow Crab served in Crab Shell (cute!)

Broth is awesome, almost felt too greedy slurping up the last drop.

When I heard Lobster Bisque, I knew I had to try it. Altho the taste of lobster was very mild to none, it was ok cos the sauce was thick n flavorful enough. Maybe they should change the name to prawn bisque soup instead?

Love this. I just wished that I didnt have to share it hehehe..The ceviche includes raw tuna, salmon and octopus in thai chilli lime dressing. The taste was perfect and the seafood was very fresh n sweet. I just can't stop eating it.

Squid ink fried rice with fresh tiger prawns, crabmeat and egg. One mouth of it, I was grinning like a sly cat that found some unexpected treasure. Hahaha but yeah its good! Super fragrant, super delectable. Add those deep fried garlic bits that you can add in the rice, makes it double yummy.

This don is the bomb! It has the spicy raw salmon, the cooked salmon, the salmon roe, the salmon sashimi..the ultimate salmon treat! The whole combi is perfect and very wholesome.
