For a post-drink snack, a good friend recommended us the mushrooms, Taiwanese sausage, chicken wings, pork belly, and long beans.
.
The skewered items are generally seasoned the same way - strong, flavourful and intense. Each skewer didn't really have a distinctive taste. Additionally, all shared a similar theme, where each item was juicy and had a nice thick bite to it. Definitely not for the faint-hearted, as the spices ingrained in the meat are pretty overpowering! Out of the fistful of skewers, the mushrooms were my personal favourite where they make a perfect pair with the chicken wings.

Korean Bingsu is the latest "IN' food in town and you can gradually see more of such cafes around. Having it 24/7, probably this is the only place! Moreover it is 3 storey high. Level 2 there is an shaved ice exhibition. Check this out! For pax of 4, 2 bowls of Bingsu were sufficient for us! After all this was our dessert after work and late dinner. We recommend the Signature Injeomi Bingsu! Milky shaved ice with peanut powder, almonds flakes and tiny sticky rice cake. The other bingsu we had was the black sesame Bingsu, premium bingsu. Instead of peanut powder it was served with black sesame powder, red bean paste and bigger sticky rice cake. The texture of the ice is relatively different from the ones I tried at other cafes. The ice here is finely grained like saw dust. Unexpectedly there were still many patrons after midnight. So prepare yourself to wait for seats and also wait for the dessert. We spent $33.80 for both desserts! Each pax $8.45 spent on 2 dessert. Still reasonable!

Had the tallest tissue/paper prata ever! Drizzled with sweet condensed milk. The thing was about 60-70cm tall or about the length of the table! We "wahhhh" when it came but how to finish?!?!

Cheng Mun Chee Kee Pig's Organ Soup located at 24 Foch Road, is to crave for. The broth is flavourful with a peppery, tint of sour taste from the preserved vegetables. With the high volume of customers you are assured of the freshness of ingredients. Today, I discovered that the soup is refillable, after observing many customers brining their bowls to the cooks to have it refilled. Along with this specialty are other side dishes to make the meal complete - minced pork "biscuit", chap chai, braised chicken, vinegared pig trotters, and more. This place is open from 9am to 5am except Monday. Enjoy.

Generous, tender portions of beef on a bed of soft kway teow and gravy. This famous store rivals it's uncle's just across the street at Mongkok Dim Sum on Lorong 8, as the feud continues over who owns the original recipe. Whatever the truth, we're just grateful that there are not one, but two awesome beef kway teows in one place.

At first glance, all you see is a spoonful of chilli sitting on a little mound of pale noodles. Not the best first impression. However, upon mixing, you'll find a treasure cove of wantons, char siew and vegetables hidden beneath, and the chilli-mixed noodles begin to look more appetising than ever. If you love your wanton mee, this 24/7 spot ensures you almost never have an excuse not to visit.

Probably the largest Thai eatery housed in Golden Mile Complex, Diandin Leluk has gained quite a following over the years. Start with the Fried Catfish Salad or maybe the Thai Chicken Feet Salad; both are really good. Get the Hotplate Omelette with Oyster alongside, brimming with umami, juicy and plump oysters, and lots of egg. The Basil Minced Pork here is excellent if you want a simple one dish supper. They also operate a stall opposite the restaurant that sells Thai street snacks, like skewers of grilled meats, and desserts.

Midnight snacks, Singaporean style. Think I found myself some 'ganja' coated chicken around here. I can sense an addiction starting already! | #food #supper #instaweekend #sgig

One of the better frog leg porridge around. The gravy and thick porridge goes perfectly well together. The deep-fried frog legs were also well made.
