Here’s another Bánh Mì from my current list of favourites.
Walked in randomly for a pre-dinner and discovered they serve some great Bánh Mì. Bread was slightly warm upon serving, crispy exterior and soft interior. Most importantly, there was pâté.

Crusty and yummy but I wished there were more meat slices...
Do add SGD1 to try their iced Vietnamese coffee!

This is my go-to dish whenever I work late because they open till around midnight. The combination of grilled pork, fresh vegetables, rice noodles and fragrant herbs, all tossed in a Vietnamese light dipping sauce, never fails to bring on the bliss! Long Phung's pork fillet is very well marinated - you can taste the sweetness that's been deeply absorbed into the meat. I often wonder where they get their beansprouts - they are beautifully obese and pack a giant crunch. Yums!
Simple, cheap and healthy. This little basket is simply a delightful thing for lunch or a afternoon tea. Quite authentic and divine, it's packed loaded with fresh carrots and cucumbers, pork belly slices and ham. We asked to add a pate, which pork liver spread. Quite delish and did not overpower the sandwich at all.
This fish is so so so delicious!!
Here is the one to order if you like your sliced beef prettily pink. Since they open late, this is a great choice for supper because it isn't too heavy or rich.
Full flavoured with a natural beefy taste, this is my new no. 1 choice for Vietnamese beef pho in Singapore. It doesn't have the sugary sweetness that marks Long Phung's version but neither is it mild and boring.
At $7 per bowl, I feel they are quite generous with the sliced cooked beef, beef brisket and beef balls as well.
Savoury beef broth with melt-in-the-mouth beef brisket that is not at all gamey. Got a non-soup noodle lover like me addicted to the broth; what's not to like with a bowl of Pho like that?
