Golden toasted sandwich from Asanoya Bakery were crispy and crunchy the chicken were tender but could be a little bland on its own.

Huge patty topped with bacon and blue cheese with sweet potato fries as sides. Would be better if the patty is not too salty and the bacon is not too limpy
The burger is served with greens to complement the burger which is tossed with olive oil and balsamic vinegar . Meat patty is drizzled with a generous serving of mayonnaise and melted cheese and is well marinated with chilli padi before panfrying, giving it an extra hot punch. The patty is tender and juicy but be warned that it can be slightly spicy. Even the bread for the burger is panfried before serving to give it a slight crunch.
For people who find burgers too filling, Dojo served savory snacks too like this Komba Bao. Comes in 2 pieces at a price of $6, the braised pork belly is sandwiched between the fried mantou buns. I just can't stop munching on the fried mantou buns because that's something e traditional komba buns doesn't have. The pork belly just taste too good and I wished I still have the capacity to eat more of it after having a burger set all to myself!
Pork grillets come with 2 version. The XXX version contains more fat so people who love fatty stuff should choose it. Together with honey mustard sauce, it blends well with the smokey grilled taste of the pork and enhances the grilles taste!
Being one of the more popular choices here at Dojo as recommended by the staff, this Sumo burger is indeed the real 'sumo' among all the burgers. The first thing ones come to mind when he/she thinks of is sumo wrestlers, ie HUGE. Indeed, this burger has a generous serving of pork patty with roasted sesame dressing and crispy batter fried pork belly, making it the real 'sumo'. This combination of crispyness and tenderness makes this burger a unique one.
A rare concept store that sells everything in pork. Nope, you can't find any dishes with chicken or even beef. This new concept store had just opened its doors for 4 days and it's located right in the heart of the Central Business District area, so no excuse of saying that it's very ulu. This 30 seater eating place can be quite cosy, with an interior of Japanese design. I love this Hadoken burger whoch had its name derived from its fiery chili meat sauce (with reference to the fireball attack from Street Fighter). The pork patty is just of the right texture that requires almost no chewing! The diced onion, cheese and bacon strip adds on additional sensation to the fiery taste of this fiery power pack!
