Reached at 2 pm after the maddening queue had melted away.
Ordered the smallest bowl which itself is a huge serving. It quantity of fish and #cabbage in the bowl was generous. I understand the soup is made from a #stock made purely from boiling the bones of the " #batang " ( #mackeral ) fish. Could make out some of the other ingredients like #shallots , #garlic & #saltfish.
The fish soup was #tasty and worth coming back again 😊

What brings this whole #dish together is the #spicy #chilli . The stall number is #01-61 , the stall name is in Chinese and hence i am unable to repeat it here. It is run by a lady, her assistant and her mother. The bee hoon & mee come out delicious because of the soya sauce & because it is not very oily. As for the chilli she should definitely patent it 😊.
#Bru #coffee is my drink of choice to digest the food btw Bru is an Indian coffee brand very popular with the #Singaporean #Indians. It is from Syed Mohamed Drinks stall #01-67 which is run by an #IndianMuslim. One of the best Indian coffees in this part of town.

Had two #sabjis (vegetable dishes) .... #aloo (potato ) with #methi  #fenugreek ) & #palak ( #spinach ) with #pyaz ( #onions ).... along with two #chapatis ( Indian wheat bread ). Accompaniments of #mango & #lime Indian #achar and a #cuchumber ( Indian salad ☺ ) of #cucumber & onions garnished with a dash of red #chillipowder and #salt .
The stall is run by a #Punjabi lady with two Indian ladies continuously making fresh hot chapatis and #parathas .
Taste wise it is as if it has been cooked in a North Indian #home in India ... absolutely original recipe and to die for👍💕 .
So far this has been the best North Indian home cooked food i have found in #Singapore .

It is a relatively new #cafe opened in what was a Chinese medicine hall years ago.
Quite a #sumptious meal. A #croissant stuffed with  a big slice of #ham and a generous sprinkling of shredded #cheddar #cheese , #scrambled #eggs , baby #tomatoes , long strips of red #peppers & an #avocado . Washed down with a nice  #coffee #latte.
