We'll just call these chinese fried. Its fried eggplants. Its is crazy good!! Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, covered in light sweet n sour sauce. You'll never go back to french fry. [9.2/10]. The tofu is also pretty good. Not much to say just tofu. [7.8/10]

I bet ya they focus more on perfecting the food coloring other than the flavor of this xiao long bao. They all almost taste the same. Kinda Disappointed. [6/10] the Truffle Bao is pretty gd tho (Obviously because its truffle).
