Healthy Can Be Delicious too
Thrilled to see that stuff'd has opened a new outlet in Bugis Junction! Their semi-customizable kebabs, burritos and quesadillas are tasty and make the perfect post-Zumba fuel food for me. Just a word of caution about their signature habanero sauce though: I had it once and its fiery spiciness left my lips feeling on fire and my nose running in minutes!
Ok, so it is a little bit expensive at $18, but it is surely one of the tastiest salads I've had. The greens were really fresh and crunchy, and the grilled chicken thigh tender and flavorful. But the one standout ingredient that made it hard for me to stop? The oh-so-sweet and juicy cubes of mango!
Just 5 simple ingredients: mushrooms, asparagus, pesto, crushed walnuts, and Parmesan cheese.
This taco-style panini is a real delight with every bite. Lots of mushrooms, shredded chicken, rocket leaves, and a refreshing dressing enveloped within a crispy wrap. I'm going to order this EVERYTIME I'm here š
This is a great lunch place to come to after a hectic morning, because it is so comfortingly peaceful and quiet (even when they are full house). Newspapers and magazines are provided for your reading pleasure while you munch on your nutrient-loaded salad.
A really fat wrap packed with 6 nutritious fillings of your choice, made perfect with the intensely-flavored roasted sesame dressing. Who said healthy food can't taste good?
Would have been really perfect with a sunny-side up to top it all!
Unlike the usual bibimbap with an assortment of at least 5-6 veggies, this simple version has just chopped lettuce, cabbage, and dried seaweed alongside a generous portion of minced beef. Be sure not to add in too much bibimbap sauce (provided separately) if you want to keep this dish healthy!
