Craved for this dish over the last weekend, and being so overly dissapointed with a pasta dish i had yesterday at Caffe B, today i decided to cook it myself. I felt like having bigger clams than the local lala which tend to be smaller.. So i bought the New Zealand's Cloudy Bay clams. The juice of the clams really boosts the seafood umaminess of the dish, i added fresh chili padi for some kicks, and one small secret (not anymore now!🙈), a small bit of butter at the end of cooking as advised by a friend. Oh my.. oh my... Absolutely delicious! 😋🍝🐚😋
Harvested basil planted on the sunny side of my office window. Cooked prawn capellini with garlic, chili, cherry tomatoes, sprinked with grated parmesan and the basil leafs. Olala... delizioso!!

Gloomy Saturday's lunch. Cappellini aglio olio with clams and scallops. Added salted anchovies for umami boast of flavour. I also added black ear mushroom as i love the crunchy texture of it. A bit chili padi and cherry tomatoes, so yummy!
Garlic rosemary roast chicken, the meat fell off the bones after roasted 1.5 hours in the oven. Roast red and yellow peppers, red onion, carrot and baby asparagus. Roast new potato & pumpkin with garlic and rosemary.
