Desserts x I-scream! 🍨🍰

Enuff said. The chocolate sauce, the aromatic chocolate cake and that vanilla ice cream, and a hot day = awesomely perfect. Though I'm not a choc lover, this went straight into my list of fav dessert now. Too good to be true, too good to be true.

Have you seen a Chilled Soufflé before? Not me; this is the first time I had came across one and I am sold! Served with crumbles, sesame dentelle and almond streusel, the Chilled Pandan Soufflé tasted really rich and coconut-y with a texture similar to ice-cream but thicker and denser, which went well with the salted crumbles. Sesame dentelle had an old-school flavour that I really liked which seemed to replicate Sesame cookies, though the Almond Streusel seemed mismatched with the rest being a bit bland as well.

Fluffy Vanilla Sponge Cake sandwiched with light and fresh pastry cream with strawberry chunks in between. A light-tasting sweet treat that was pretty refreshing even as a dessert.

Same thing. Bought it at the flea market last month. Its appearance is deceiving. It looks so sturdy and firm on the outside. But who knows it's so so so so soft and there's a really good balance of green tea with sesame. Not too sweet and not too bland. Purrrrfect when I do not like food that are tooooo sweet. Instant melt in your mouth. And it's really very very good. I'm sorry guys, I forgot the shop name but they do have a stall themselves.

I got these two cute little devils from a flea market last month. The flea was held in Bugis area. Looks really awesome and sinful. Go search Baklava and know what they are made of. If you happen to see baklava, no harm buying one and try!

Newly opened cafe that was opened in the west in Apr 2013. It's a small cozy place just nice for a few couple of people. They serve really good & yummy ice cream, good enough to get you addicted to go back for more! What's more is that the waffles + ice cream combo is at such a affordable price! Warm fluffy waffles, with slightly melted ice cream, sinking into every taste buds of yours. Hmmm~ each mouth makes you yearn for more! 😌
