Easily one of the heartiest zichar at Chuan Kee Seafood, we had in a long time. Economical for the price ranging from $10 to $14, save for the prawn fritters at $22, and big on taste.

We had the original bowl with shoyu salmon cubes and mixed veges and a base of salad and mixed rice. $14.9 each and purchased at 1-for-1 with Chope flash deal.

We had our first taste of Latin American cuisine and it was an oh-la-la experience.

Had an awesome hearty set with Burpple 1-for-1 @tonito_latinokitchen which came with nachos and quiona salad as starters. The highlight would have to be the chicken tacos! Marinated chicken flavorful to the core topped with cheese and tomato salsa in a wrap. Such a joy.

We also had a sharing pasta plate coated in crab and tomato sauce and ended off with Très Leches - a coconut cake. Sweet!

With a beautiful view overlooking the Jewel's waterfall and excellent service to boot, it was an awesome dining experience.

What a beauty this 𝑴𝒂𝒕𝒄𝒉𝒂 𝒔𝒘𝒊𝒔𝒔 𝒓𝒐𝒍𝒍 was with creamy matcha filling oozing out on our very first bite into the soft and fluffy roll.

The matcha game was strong with notes of bitterness with the icing adding mild sweetness to the combination. Overall, the roll was not cloying at all, just perfect!

As only takeaways were allowed at KSB, we went to nearby Tanjong Pagar for our own Al Fresco sweet treat picnic

We came across the Bread Yard Cafe which proves to be a popular brunch spot filled with like-minded cafe hoppers.

Recommending the 𝑪𝒉𝒊𝒄𝒌𝒆𝒏 𝑺𝒉𝒂𝒘𝒂𝒓𝒎𝒂 $12 with touches of Middle Eastern notes with hummus, Tahini Dip and western fuses with the light toasted England bun. Nice!!

With @burpple 1 for 1 we also added the Norwegian Salmon Bowl for a healthy touch to the meal.

Take heed the queue on Saturdays as they are really popular. Closed on Sundays.

A laksa-licious time!

We tucked into the 𝑩𝒐𝒔𝒕𝒐𝒏 𝑳𝒐𝒃𝒔𝒕𝒆𝒓 𝑪𝒐𝒄𝒐𝒏𝒖𝒕 𝑳𝒂𝒌𝒔𝒂 from Perch and it was such a bliss while slurpping on the umami succulent lobster meat which tasted oh-so-fine.

Paired with their al-dénte capellini soaked in thick laksa cream broth, along with their homemade crispy Sakura ebi sambal and a perfect combi emerged.

Worth a splurge we said (or you can use the Burpple Beyond's 1-for-1 like we did).

Added bonus when we got to enjoy the Jewel Rain Vortex right from our seats.

We had the Tanzania dark chocolate banana and Hazelnut Praline.

While the dark chocolate banana had hints of tropical flavors, the chocolate taste was not as strong as we would have liked.

The Hazelnut Praline was also mild with random bites of nuts in between.

Would still préfer their softserves which are unbeatable.

Cost $9 per tub.

Soft Serve On Waffle - The soft serve went very well with the crispy belgian waffle. Oh so blissful sweet! The banana and strawberry toppings did well making the combi not too overly cloying-sweet. A less sinful dessert to enjoy. 😄
