I wondered how long they cooked the beef for, because it was so, so, so impressively tender!
When it comes to value-for-money, i've yet to find any Duck Confit better than those at Saveur's. But i like how Toots' version is served with potato gratin instead of the usual mash, and the sauteed mushrooms were so good, we specially ordered another side of it even though it wasn't on the menu!
First time I've come across a curry-infused sauce for a baked chicken dish and I love it! The combination of subtle curry flavor, juicy chicken meat and creamy potato purée makes this dish really enjoyable. Yummm~
Moist and tender, good on its own without any need for sauce!
