At $88, this peking duck taste way better than the one at Paradise Pavilion with it's juicy meat. Skin if crispier would be perfect. Would still prefer the peking duck at Super Peking Duck in Paragon though. Do asked for the remaining duck meat to be stir fried with ginger and spring onions.
