Value For Money
Found this hidden gem that sells boozy ice cream. It was creamy, delicious and not too sweet! We had XO cranberry, Guinness Pistachio, Tiramisu and Kahlua Cheesecake. It was all very yummy! I really recommend y’all to try! I like the flavor of booze in food. :)
The Chashu was probably one of the best chashus I’ve ever had. It literally melted in your mouth. We had the shoyu tonkutsu ramen. The broth was a tad too salty for me. Maybe the one without shoyu would be better. The noodles texture, however, was not the typical ramen texture. Smooth like mee kia (not butter, lol). It wasn’t expensive: $12.90-$14.80 ish. Quite a good place for a catch up sess. Oh, they gave free beansprouts and pickled kiam chye. That was a bonus!
At first glance, the food reminds me a lot of yoshinoya. They differentiate themselves with the fish skin. I love the different texture contrasts but I think I would have preferred it with some vegetables. It’s all very rich and umami, need vegetables to cut it. But overall, delicious!
Pretty nice for the price!
