Good For Groups (Singapore)

My expectations were raised when I read in the menu that they use fresh sea prawns, and not the frozen sort. I'm pleased to say that my expectations were met. The prawns were indeed fresh (you can taste the difference!) and quite large as well. Thoughtfully shelled so only the tail was left, the prawns were arranged in a ring around the mound of linguine that was perfectly al dente and redolent with garlic and chilli. Highly-recommended.

The sauce was exciting and a good mix, although the salmon felt strange when left cold, even with a good mix.

Mushrooms, macaroni and mozzarella cheese - what a divine trio. Paired with ham for amped up full-bodied flavor, this treat is an oven-baked delight!
