Prefer this to Meng's Kitchen which is at a more prominent spot along Upper Thomson. The soup here is flavorful and light, while Meng's can be a bit oily at times. Love their Fuzhou style meatballs - meatballs stuffed with minced meat. Comfort food at its best!
Lam's Noodles has one of the better minced pork noodles around. The stall in Sin Ming isn't from the popular Lam's franchise but a true relative of the original Ah Lam (阿南).
They're generous with the number of ingredients they put in each bowl. The fish balls are pleasantly bouncy and chewy while the pork is tender.
