It's definitely quality beef and you can choose your selection of beef - brisket, ribeye, sirloin - and the type of noodles!
Their broth was both savoury and sweet, kind of reminds me of bakuteh!

Rate: 4/5 π, so going back for their beef noods

I was really surprised by the quality I got from Kin Cow and the level of customization you can do to your bowl. I added Tendon on top and went with the Mee Pok option. The beef was so soft and the gravy worked well with the noodles, slightly βjeelatβ after a while but still shiok enough!
Curry was pretty good and luckily just short of being too rich and the portion of meat is so generous!
Unfortunately, although it uses the same beef brisket as the pad see ew ($11.90++, very similar to char kway teow, but sweeter) it is more tough, probably due to the soaking in the curry! I will try the pad see ew next! It is for for those who like a heavier taste! Also the beef brisket in this dish is so tender!
If you like like it light, don't worry! The soup noodles are for you π
Kailan with pork belly also deserves a mention. I don't usually like kailan, but this is really nice! Not too tough and cooked just nice π
Better than Chatuchak's!
Kin Cow's coconut ice-cream is rich, creamy and fluffy and it tastes exactly how fresh coconut should. It's a generous portion that fills half a coconut and topped with peanuts and mung beans. A satisfying way to end a meal.
Looks simple but bursting with flavour.
One of my favourite dishes at Kin Cow - Kailan with Roasted Pork Belly. The fried kailan has the most pleasant wokhei aroma that's amplified even more when tasted. The roasted pork belly had a myriad of textures from the wonderful crispy skin to the gelatinous fat and finally, the tender meat. This dish is so good that you can just eat it with a bowl of rice. (But you should definitely try the other items too.)
