Menemen is a traditional Turkish dish. It has eggs, tomato and spices. This dish is served with 2 slices of toasted multigrain bread.
I loved it and would order it again the next time Iām there.
This was RM18.
I'm a fussy eater. Sometimes something on the menu looks perfect, apart from the addition of one item which just puts me off. Luckily I can build my own eggs Benedict here! Starting with a basis of greatly cooked eggs and waffle, you build what you want around it. I went with salmon and avocado, and it came to 35rm. Salmon cooked perfectly, though the avocado was a bit little for the extra cost, and the sauce lacked punch I was expecting. But it doesn't detract from the atmosphere. I'd recommend sitting outside, where you can best watch the world and people go by at Publika entrance!
Salmon and avocado on toast (35rm), with a tasty salad and slaw, well worth it and nicely washed down with a lime and lychee ice blend (11rm)! Generous plate of food. Place is nice, with interesting style (chairs suspended from the roof as decoration, a spiral staircase etc). Probably not the best for a relaxing time, however, as even the valet/priority parking fills up at Publika at peak times. Its a nice oasis to chill, however, once you've hunted one down!
Tea time deal from Plan B is š. A cup of coffee / tea with 2 buttery scones for only rm8 nett. ā
It's nice to enjoy the warm buttery scone with butter spread
This is a good club sandwich. In fact, I've never had any club sandwich that I didn't like.
I never knew I would ever like coconut cake, but this cake proved me wrong. Either it was a very good cake or.. It was definitely a very good cake. I don't hate coconuts per se, but if given a choice, I wouldn't choose it. But this cake.. this cake is almost perfect.
