In an inconspicuous coffeeshop at Jalan Tua Kong. Many will flock there to eat this. The texture of the meepok had a springy bite. Bits and pieces of minced pork were just heavenly. A balance of seasonings, not too salty and not too vinegary.

That brings me back to my first question. I am a "spicy" fan. Finally, me, myself and I can safely say, this bowl of dry bak chor mee had the #epitome of chilli. It is hot, hot, hot. And it made me drop a tear or two. Too much of it gives you the numbing feel. Too little of it gives you the tingle.
