The ramen centre, ippudo spin-off, has tendons too. For $10, it was quite a fun size bowl and crisply fried ingredients. Can't go wrong with the tendon sauce. (Asia Sq food garden)
I try to tell myself that those oil glistening away are collagen about to enter my body 🙆🏼♀️ I’m not in denial
(Location tag did not work :( ) Simple ramen tendon set meal at Asia Square Food Garden which comes with green tea. Price = $14 and taste is about average... I guess it works for a quick tendon fix.
Springy ramen noodle accompanied by thick pork broth with spicy miso and a lean pork belly. Yums!
Imagine the joy I had discovering this - one of the happiest lunch I've had since internship started (&after 2 days of greens). $10 for ippudo ramen! Broth's still good. (Actually $12 cos I paid $2 for egg)
Shiro Tonkotsu for lunch. Ippudo's original tonkotsu soup served with Hakata-style thin and straight noodles, pork belly, cabbage, black fungus and spring onions ($10). I added $6 toppings with special combination of flavoured egg, seaweed and simmered pork belly. It was smooth and flavourful, yet light on the palette.
