Ichikokudo Hokkaido Ramen (Hillion Mall)

Great ramen broth; aromatic and thick! Ramen is on the chewy side. Overall happy with the dish at $10.80!

Ordered their seafood ramen which consist of big prawns and snow crab for only ($19.90) which I find it quite worth for that price and seafood is fresh

A clear soup without the heavy feel of normal pork broth ramen. It’s great that it have bamboo shoot and spinach which is great for building muscle. Chicken chashu lack the pump though. Good option if you have Muslim friends as it is Halal Certified.

Is actually nicer than I expected it to be. The soup paste is nice and rich. Noodles is not too hard. This is a hala restaurant, hence their menu dishes are served with mainly either beef and chicken.
