The char siew somehow I got a super dry piece today, but the flavours were intense, esp the strong glaze

Sausage was not worth it at all, there's barely a few pieces for 1.5nett. it's very soft and sweet, not complex enough
Their rice portion is quite big, most ppl probably just need half of what's given
Soy sauce ckn was alright, the char siew had a strong slightly funky glaze but it wasn't the most tender

Todays one was better, idk if they keep changing recipes but it's noticeably more flavourful and there's a greater variety of herbs used. Skin was decent as well

However their char siew seems to have changed recipe, now it's more like waxed meat with no crisp exterior, there's a noticeable funk and it was tougher. And this wasn't a anomaly cos I got some off cut. I saw him get a new piece and cut the middle for me, not the ends
It seems to me they keep changing the recipe of the char siew, which is weird cos it was really good alr at one point in time.
Came Back For Their Char Siew, it's still decent but not as spectacular as the previous time.
Their roasted ckn was damn frigging salty today, brine was way too strong. Hope they get their act tgt soon
I once said their charsiew is average but no idea why today's char siew was elite. Nice bit of honey crunch on the outside, great layers of interspersed fat, and there's a pleasant chew. Hope this standard is maintained.
