Horiginal Beef Noodle (Telok Blangah)

They finally had the dish I wanna try. And it flipped my impression of them. It's damn good. You may prefer beef chunks or slices, but this didn't lack flavour. Together with runny egg, gravy and ample garnish, mix them up and it's heavenly. There's also beef soup and many sauces, so continue to experiment.

This stall is not very professional. Every visit, there's something unavailable. I ended getting this, which was kind of a wrong order too. I wanted the beef brisket rice. Overall underwhelming. The soup was okay but not great. The meat was mostly tough. Even cheap beef elsewhere can beat this brisket.
